What To Expect?
1. Before Your Evaluation: The Free Phone Consultation
The first step is a complimentary phone consultation with Dr. Stenberg. This is not a sales call. It is a genuine conversation about your history, your symptoms, and whether upper cervical care is likely to help your specific situation.
If it is not the right fit, Dr. Stenberg will tell you honestly and point you toward a better option. If it is, your in-office evaluation is the next step.
2. The Evaluation: Objective Data
You Can See Your first in-office visit is a comprehensive evaluation designed to go beyond how you feel and show you how your cervical spine is actually functioning. It includes cone-beam 3D structural imaging of the Atlas and Axis, digital structural analysis, and a full NeckCare System assessment measuring your cervical range of motion, proprioception, and sensorimotor control.
Every finding is shown to you in a visual report and explained in plain language. You will leave knowing more about your neck function than most people ever learn.
3. The Blueprint: Your Individualized Care Plan
Following your evaluation, a separate visit is scheduled to review your results and walk through Dr. Stenberg's recommendations. Your care plan is built directly from your imaging and NeckCare findings, not a generalized protocol. You will understand exactly what was found, why it matters, and what correction is recommended before any care begins.
4. Measuring Real Progress
As you move through your care plan, progress is tracked with objective re-testing at key milestones using the same NeckCare assessment from your initial evaluation. This means you are not relying solely on how you feel to gauge whether care is working.
You will have measurable data showing what has changed in your range of motion, position sense, and sensorimotor function from where you started.
